After several years of dispute with the local government the owners of this bauxite quarry - a mineral from which aluminum is extruded - decided to install a wheel washer. Because of local rules the specific difficulty factor for this customer was that the entire wheel washer needed to be above ground. We designed a wheel washer complete with tailor made ramps, tanks and steel beams. Because of the stickyness of bauxite our proposition with four high pressure pumps was considered to be the best.
